Mr. Elicker is a senior-level executive with 38 years of experience in diversified positions in industry. He has experience in the following areas: employee relations, program development and instruction, performance management, compensation management, budgeting and financial management.
Most recently Mr. Elicker has worked at Ernst & Young, Philadelphia, from 1992–2009. As Area Director of Human Resources and Area Director of Recruiting, he directed all aspects of human resource functions, for up to 900 employees, including recruitment, orientation, compensation, performance management, succession planning, performance counseling, learning and professional development, teaching and facilitation, and regulatory compliance.
