Management Trainee Internship

AGFS is currently looking for students who have completed their junior year and are seeking a bachelors’ degree in a business-related field to participate in our paid, temporary part-time internship program.  The internship is structured to train you in all aspects of consumer finance branch management.

As a Management Trainee Intern you will gain valuable experience in key aspects of branch operations including:

• Sales skills and business development
• Loan applications and processing
• Risk analysis and credit decisions
• Loan closings and customer service
• Routine collections

Salary:  Based upon location

A Management Trainee Intern should:

• Possess an outgoing personality and competitive nature
• Have full time availability during summer months (If applicable)
• Be able to work 16-20 hours per week during the school year
• Be flexible in scheduling to allow exposure to all aspects of branch management
• Be able to rotate between nearby branches
  

This program provides valuable training and hands-on experience in the field of consumer lending.  Upon completion of the internship, you will have a good understanding of what it takes to be a branch manager.  You may also be offered full-time employment.
