Student Internship Available for Fall 2003

Eligible Candidates -Junior or Senior students majoring in a four-year business degree program

Credits -Farmers First bank will cooperate with your college to support requirements to allow the student to earn credits. The student will work under the guidance of a designated mentor.

Hours- We are looking for students who are available up to 20 hours/week (during Monday -Friday) for the fall semester. This will be a paid internship, although it is a temporary position for the Fall semester 2003.

Location -24 North Cedar Street, Lititz, PA

Business Banking Departments -Will be working in the commercial credit department, supporting the credit analysts and commercial credit operations. Duties will vary but may include the following:

• Working with customer financial data. spreading financial statements to
• determine operating trends, conditions and cash flow;
• .Calculating financial ratios to monitor financial covenants;
• .Research industry background, lien positions;
• .Order and analyze credit bureau information;
• .Research customer history;
• .Maintain credit files; and
• .Various other duties, as needed.
