Thank you for your interest in the Elizabethtown Triathlon Team. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for students and faculty to get involved in the sport of triathlons and promote a healthy active life style. The team is tailored to all levels and abilities. There will be scheduled group training sessions in each of the three disciplines plus strength training sessions. All activities are optional and all activities are tailored towards an individual’s physical ability. Members are encouraged to start up group rides and runs that fit their schedule. A personal training plan will be offered to anyone who is interested including a one on one session to discuss any questions. We are not a certified coaches, but we do have enough collective experience and resources to help anyone finish their first triathlon.
Training occurs year round. We are always doing something, whether it is racing or just staying in shape during the off season. Print off a copy of the training program and get moving! The program can be adjusted to individual needs upon request which makes it perfect for any athlete of any level.
