The NCAA field will be announced on Sunday, May 16. Joe Guarente led the Pioneer attack, going 6-for-8 on the afternoon with a home run, seven RBI and three runs scored. Doug Kennedy went 4-for-5 with an home run, two RBI and two runs scored in the opener and added an RBI double in the nightcap. Joe Dawkins added three hits and four RBI in Widener's game-one win. Chris Romig went 3-for-5 with his 17th double of the season in game one for Etown while Chris Turtell and Tyler Comp (Enola, Pa./East Pennsboro) each added a pair of hits.
