Etown Falls to Defending Commonwealth Conference Champion Albright in Dual Match

READING , Pa. --- Elizabethtown fell 321-329 to defending Commonwealth Conference champion Albright College in a road dual match at the par 71 Berkshire Country Club Monday.

Etown’s top golfer on the day was first-year student Micah Albrycht (Plymouth Meeting, PA/The Episcopal Academy) with a score of 79. Junior Bob Pyrz (Harleysville, PA/Souderton Area) had Etown’s second lowest-round of 80. Sophomore Hunter Gross (Elizabethtown, PA) had Etown’s third-lowest round of 83.

Etown will return to action as the hosts of the annual Fall Blue Jay Classic at the Hershey Golf Club Thursday, October 6 at 12:00 p.m. It is Etown’s final event of the fall season before resuming competition in March.
