Elizabethtown Finishes Third at Penn State Harrisburg Invitational Tournament

HARRISBURG, Pa. --- The Elizabethtown College golf team finished third out of seven schools at the Penn State Harrisburg Tournament at Dauphin Highlands Golf Course on Wednesday afternoon.

Senior Hunter Gross (Elizabethtown, PA/Elizabethtown) was the team's top finisher as he shot a 78 to finish in third place. First-year student Geoff Quinque (Green Lane, PA/Upper Perkiomen) carded a 79 to take fourth while sophomore Kurt Amen (Quakertown, PA/Quakertown) tied for 10th with a round of 83.

Host Penn State Harrisburg won the tournament with a score of 320, followed by Philadelphia Biblical (323) and Elizabethtown. Jared Wilcox of Philadelphia Biblical shot a 75 to earn medalist honors.
