ELIZABETHTOWN COLLEGE FIELD HOCKEY

ONE DAY LATER, SUSQUEHANNA BLANKS BLUE JAYS, 4-0

SELINSGROVE, Pa. --- Ali Hughes scored a hat trick to lead Susquehanna past Elizabethtown, 4-0, in MAC Commonwealth League action on Sunday.  With the loss, the Blue Jays fell to 6-7 overall and 1-4 in the league.

Kate VanValkenburgh made 17 saves for Etown while Mandi Ewing and Beth Purcell led the Jays with two shots apiece.

The Blue Jays return to action on Tuesday, October 13 at home against Western Maryland College.  Game time is 4 p.m.
