Etown Falls to Kean, 3-1

UNION, N.J. --- Etown dropped to 1-10 overall with a 3-1 loss to Kean University on the road Thursday night. Kean improved to 7-2 overall with the win.

Whitney Brown (Manheim, PA/Manheim Central) scored Etown's first goal in six games off an assist by Kelly Miller (Robesonia, PA/Conrad Weiser) at 27:37 to give the Blue Jays a 1-0 lead. The lead was short lived, as Kean scored just over three minutes later to tie the score at 1-1 going into halftime.

Kean added two more goals at 47:21 and 69:16 to take the victory.

Elizabethtown will return to action on the road Saturday, October 2 against Commonwealth Conference rival Albright College in a 1:00 p.m. game.
