Elizabethtown Falls to Nationally Third-Ranked Messiah 3-0

GRANTHAM, Pa. --- Nationally 20th-ranked Elizabethtown saw its six-game winning streak come to an end with a 3-0 Commonwealth Conference road loss to nationally third-ranked Messiah College Wednesday. The Blue Jays drop to 9-3 overall and 2-2 in the conference with the loss. Etown is now 2-3 against nationally ranked teams in 2005.

The Blue Jays will return to action on the road Saturday, October 8 in a conference game against Widener University at 1:00 p.m.
