Villa Julie Slips Past Etown 9-8 in Overtime

STEVENSON, Md. --- For the second game in a row, Elizabethtown's men's lacrosse team fell in overtime, as the Blue Jays lost 9-8 on the road Saturday to Villa Julie College with 1:24 left on the clock in the overtime period. Villa Julie improves to 2-0 with the win, while Etown drops to 0-4.

Etown carried a 6-3 lead into halftime, but the Blue Jays were out-scored 3-1 in the third period and 2-1 in the fourth quarter by Villa Julie.

Etown will return to action at home Wednesday, March 16 against Swarthmore College in a 3:30 p.m. game.
