ETOWN PUSHES WINNING STREAK TO EIGHT GAMES WITH 2-0 WIN AT WESLEY
DOVER, De. --- Wyeth Raws and Joe Franc each scored a goal as Elizabethtown defeated Wesley, 2-0, in Mid-Atlantic regional action on Saturday. With the win, the Blue Jays improved to 9-3 on the season.Bryan Hoy added a pair of assists as Etown ran its winning streak to eight straight games. Doug Timm made two saves to record his fourth shutout of the season and improve his record to 7-1.
The Blue Jays, who outshot Wesley 19-3 on the game, have allowed only three goals during their eight-game winning streak.
Etown returns to action on Wednesday, October
7 at home against Susquehanna University. Game time is 4 p.m.
