BLUE JAYS SLIP PAST SCRANTON, 1-0, IN OVERTIME WIN

SCRANTON, Pa. --- After battling through two scoreless periods of regulation play Saturday, nationally 10th ranked Elizabethtown broke the tie 2:32 into the first overtime period to defeat Scranton 1-0.

The goal was scored by Brent Conover (Gettysburg, PA/Gettysburg) and assisted by Tim Oswald (Philadelphia, PA/Father Judge).  Goaltender Doug Timm stopped five shots en route to his fourth shutout of the season.

The Blue Jays return to action Tuesday, September 28 at home against Juniata.  Game time is 4:00 p.m.
