ETOWN DEFEATS MORAVIAN, 1-0, FOR TENTH CONSECUTIVE SHUTOUT VICTORY

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Elizabethtown, the nation's fourth-ranked team, racked up its tenth consecutive shutout win by defeating Moravian ,1-0. The Blue Jays are now 16-0-1 overall and 5-0-1 in the MAC Commonwealth Conference.

The lone goal came just over 23 minutes into the game and was scored by T.J. Andrisano (Ocean, NJ/Ocean). It was Andrisano's first career goal. Dominic Marano (New Hope, PA/Solebury School) picked up the assist.

Despite the close score, Etown outshot the Greyhounds 18-4. Goaltender Doug Timm (Wilmington, DE/McKean) made three saves to pick up the shutout.

The Blue Jays next face eleventh-ranked Messiah Saturday, October 30, in the inaugural battle for the Marshmallow Trophy. Game time is 2:30 p.m.
