Etown Falls to Catawba 7-2 in Hilton Head

HILTON HEAD, S.C. --- Elizabethtown College's men's tennis suffered its first loss of the 2005 season Wednesday, falling to Catawba College (N.C.) 7-2 in Hilton Head, S.C. Both of Etown's points came on Catawba forfeits.

The Etown women's tennis team, which is playing non-traditional season matches in Hilton Head, was to have faced Meredith Tuesday, but the match was rained out.

The men's tennis team will return to action Thursday, March 10 against Vassar in the Blue Jays' final match at Hilton Head.
