Blue Jay Men Compete on Day Two of Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. --- Members of the Elizabethtown College men's track and field team participated on day two of the 114th Penn Relay Carnival at the University of Pennsylvania's Franklin Field on Friday.

The men's 4x400 meter relay quartet of senior Kevin Clark (Horsham, PA/Hatboro-Horsham), sophomore A.J. Farris (Edgewood, MD/Joppatowne), senior Drew Graybeal (Woodbine, MD/Glenelg) and junior Dylan Rulander (Russell, PA/Eisenhower) finished second in the Pop Haddleton MAC Relay with a time of 3:17.91, just behind race winner Gettysburg College at 3:17.21

Later, the Blue Jays took sixth in their section and 23rd overall out of 44 teams in the sprint medley relay, as the team of sophomore Mike Mauger (Pottstown, PA/The Hill School), Farris, Graybeal and Rulander was timed in 3:28.88.
