CARLISLE, Pa. --- Ending a 34 year drought, the Elizabethtown men’s cross country team won its first Middle Atlantic Conference Championship since 1965 Saturday at Allentown College, blowing away its competition with a lead of 56 points over the second place school.

Seven Etown men finished in the top twenty of the race, which had a field of 119 runners. Larry Bullock (Rome, PA) led the Blue Jays with a second place time of 26:51. Christian Hoch (Dillsburg, PA/Northern) finished right on his heels in third place with a time of 27:07.
