The top 10 men who ran in and won the 1999 Middle Atlantic Conference cross country meet along with Coach Straub (center) and alumni of the last MAC championship team in 1965, Bill Doherty (left) and Dave Dubble (right).

Freshman Mike Zwatty leads fellow freshman teammate Frank Rivera near the two mile mark at the MAC meet. Both would finish in the top 15 out of 119 harriers. Both guys were coming back after injury or illness through much of October.

Senior captain Larry Bullock enters the woods at MACs.  After one year of intense training under the watchful eye of Coach Straub, Bullock improves from 21st in 1998 to runner-up status in 1999.  Larry would finish only 10 seconds behind All-American Joe Fent of the University of Scranton.
