Brian Raveling Named Commonwealth Conference Player of the Week in Men's Soccer

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. --- Elizabethtown College senior Brian Raveling (Voorhees, NJ/Eastern Regional) has been named the Commonwealth Conference Player of the Week in men's soccer for the week ending Oct. 28, the conference office announced Monday.

Raveling scored two goals and added an assist as the Blue Jays defeated 2006 NCAA Division III finalist Wheaton (Ill.) College 5-2 in their only game of the week last Monday. He opened the scoring at 4:31 and capped a four-goal Blue Jay run with his second goal of the evening at 74:15.

For the season, Raveling has four goals and three assists for 11 points for the Blue Jays, who open Commonwealth Conference playoff action on Wednesday.
