Tim Katzaman Named to NWCA Division III Scholar All-American Wrestling Team

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. --- Elizabethtown College sophomore Tim Katzaman (Wyomissing, PA/Wyomissing) has been named to the National Wrestling Coaches Association Division III Scholar All-American Wrestling Team for the 2007-08 season, the NWCA has announced.

Katzaman is one of 102 student-athletes named to the team, which recognizes wrestlers with a grade-point average of 3.20 or better. He has a 3.24 grade-point average as an occupational therapy major.

During the 2007-08 season, Katzaman finished with a 17-14 record at 285 pounds, including four pins, and placed fourth at the Metro Conference championships. In two seasons, Katzaman has a career record of 33-22.

The Blue Jays finished 6-9 overall and tied for seventh at the Metro Conference championships for fifth-year head coach Eric Walker.
