GAME TWO RALLY PUSHES ETOWN PAST DICKINSON, 3-0, FOR FIRST WIN OF '98 SEASON

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. --- Sarah Klunk knocked down a team-high 11 kills and Etown rallied from a 11-5 second game deficit en route to a 3-0 win over Dickinson on Thursday at Thompson Gym.

The victory was the Blue Jays' first of the season and their seventh consecutive win against the Red Devils (0-1).

Patti Criscuolo finished with five kills and five blocks for the match while Anne Kephart tallied a team-high five digs and Kristen Maguire added 19 assists.

With the scored tied at five in game two, Dickinson's Elizabeth Naylor served six consecutive points to give the Red Devils an 11-5 cushion.  After an Etown timeout, the hosts trimmed the deficit to 11-9 before Klunk served six straight points of her own to give the Jays a 15-11 win.

Etown then closed out the match with a 15-11 marathon win in game three.

The Blue Jays return to action on Saturday, September 5 with a tri-match against Richard Stockton College and the University of Scranton.  Match times are noon and 3 p.m.
