MORAVIAN KNOCKS OFF ETOWN, 3-0; JAYS OUT OF MAC PLAYOFF RACE

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. --- Moravian extended its winning streak to nine matches with a 3-0 victory over Elizabethtown in MAC Commonwealth League action on Wednesday.  With the loss, the Blue Jays fell to 10-15 overall and 2-4 in the league.

Patti Criscuolo collected a team-best seven digs and added two blocks as Etown was eliminated from the MAC playoff picture.  With the win, Moravian locked up a spot in the conference postseason.

Lori Lisiecki posted a team-high seven digs for the Blue Jays while Kristen Maguire chipped in with nine assists.

Etown returns to action on Saturday, October 24 at the Allentown College Tournament.  Match time is to be announced.
