ETOWN FALLS TO WISCONSIN-EAU CLAIRE, 51-48, IN SECOND DAY OF MARYMOUNT TOURNAMENT

ARLINGTON, VA --- Elizabethtown fell to 1-1 on the season with a 51-48 loss to Wisconsin-Eau Claire on the second day of the Marymount University Tip-off Tournament.

Abbie Fabian (Denver, PA/Cocalico) led Elizabethtown with 19 points and six rebounds. Everyone else on the team was held to seven points or less as Elizabethtown shot 34.0% from the field over the course of the game. Wisconsin-Eau Claire, meanwhile, shot only 36.4% from the field, but did make 17 of its 23 free throws, while the Blue Jays made only 12 of 24 free throws.

Elizabethtwon will go on to face King's Sunday at 1:00 p.m. on the last day of the Marymount Tournament.
