Lebanon Valley Hands Elizabethtown 10th Loss of Season, 55-43

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. --- With a 55-43 home loss to Lebanon Valley Tuesday night, Elizabethtown fell to 3-10 overall and 1-4 in the Commonwealth Conference. Lebanon Valley improved to 10-3 overall and 4-1 in the conference.

The Flying Dutchmen took a 27-21 halftime lead over the Blue Jays, and they outscored Etown 28-22 in the second half. Stephanie Tighe (Mechanisburg, PA/Cumberland Valley) led Lebanon Valley with 20 points, and Jennifer Northcott (Horsham, PA/Hatboro-Horsham) added 16 points for the Flying Dutchmen.

Stephanie Scinto (Westwood, NJ/Immaculate Heart Academy) led Elizabethtown with 10 points, and Jennifer Roberts (Eagleville, PA/Methaction) led the Blue Jays with 12 rebounds.

Elizabethtown shot just 27.1% (16-for-59) from the floor and 20% (3-for-15) from three-point range. The Blue Jays committed 16 turnovers, while Lebanon Valley turned the ball over 18 times.

Elizabethtown returns to action at home against Johns Hopkins Thursday, January 17 at 7:00 p.m.
