Elizabethtown Falls To Dickinson, 18-8

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. --- Elizabethtown played its first game in ten days and fell 18-8 at home to Dickinson in a non-conference game Tuesday.

Dickinson jumped out to a 6-0 lead as Etown did not score its first goal until just 4:14 was left on the clock in the first half. By halftime, Dickinson's lead stood at 7-1.

Jackie Brenton (Laurel, MD/St. Vincent Pallotti) led Etown with two goals, one assist and three points. Also tallying two goals for Etown were Odessa Armstrong (Pasadena, MD/Northeast) and Danielle Grooms (Frederick, MD/Gov. Thomas Johnson).

Lisa Oot (Arlington, VA/Yorktown) and Katie Austin (Warwick, RI/The Wheeler School) led Dickinson in scoring with four goals each.

Etown will return to action on the road Thursday, March 25 against Middle Atlantic Conference rival Messiah in a 4:00 p.m. game.
