Etown Competes at King's Monarch Tournament

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. --- Elizabethtown competed at the King's College Monarch Tournament Saturday and finished 12th with 14 points.

Eric Boyle (Warrington, PA/Central Bucks East) won a pair of bouts at 125 pounds for the Blue Jays, including one on a pin. At 141 pounds, Joe Sahd (Lititz, PA/Lancaster Catholic) won three decisions for the Blue Jays. Matt Eder (Eldersburg, MD/McDonogh) and Eric Guise (Bendersville, PA/Biglerville) each won a single bout on a pin for Etown at 165 and 184 pounds, respectively.

Elizabethtown will return to action on the road Wednesday, November 20 in a dual match against Albright at 7:00 p.m. It will be Etown's first dual match of the season, as well as its first against a Middle Atlantic Conference rival.
