KING'S PIN GIVES ETOWN 22-18 VICTORY OVER GETTYSBURG IN JAYS' FIRST DUAL ACTION OF '98-99

GETTYSBURG, Pa. --- 141-pounder Mike King pinned Rich Lucas in 57 seconds to give Elizabethtown a 22-18 come-from-behind victory over Gettysburg on Wednesday.  With the win, the Blue Jays improved to 1-0 in dual meets this season.

After falling behind 15-3 through four bouts, Etown got consecutive wins from Eric Dusko, Art Mattes, Ryan Sellars and Sam Lannigan to take a 16-15 lead.

Gettysburg's Marty Scarpato scored a 10-4 decision over Bill VanWinkle at 133 to give the Bullets an 18-16 edge before King gave Etown the win with his third pin in seven bouts this season.  The senior has a team-best six victories in 1998-99.

Etown returns to action on Friday, November 20 in a key regional showdown at Delaware Valley College.  Match time is 7 p.m.
