ETOWN FALLS TO MESSIAH, 25-19

GRANTHAM, Pa. --- Elizabethtown's record now stands at 8-4 following a 25-19 loss to Messiah Saturday night.

125 pounder Bill Van Winkle (Hummelstown, PA/Lower Dauphin) won his match against on a pin at 3:13. It was his third consecutive victory by a fall.
Also winning their matches for Etown included Sam Lannigan (Lancaster, PA/Conestoga Valley) at 133 lbs. on a 10-2 major decision, Dan Bechtold (Lancaster, PA/Hempfield) at 184 lbs., Art Mattes (Bethlehem, PA/Bethlehem Catholic) at 197 lbs. and heavyweight Josh Boyer (Hanover, PA/Delone Catholic).

Etown returns to action Saturday, January 29 at the NWCA Duals at Baldwin Wallace College. Etown's first match time is to be announced.
