ETOWN TIES LONGEST PROGRAM WINNING STREAK WITH 6-0 VICTORY OVER WIDENER

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. --- Elizabethtown won its tenth consecutive game Wednesday, 6-0, over Widener, tying the Etown women's soccer program record winning streak of ten, set in 1996.

Goals from Diane Fisher (Levittown, PA/Conwell-Egan) and Kristy Wade (Trumbull, CT/St. Joseph) made the score 2-0 at halftime.

The Blue Jays continued to dominate play in the second half, as they outshot the Pioneers 16-0 in the game.

Etown (12-3) will attempt to break the program winning streak record on the road against Richard Stockton Saturday.
