Etown Falls to Rowan, 2-1

GLASSBORO, N.J. --- Elizabethtown fell to 2-5 overall with a 2-1 loss to Rowan (6-1-1) on the road Thursday night.

Jessie Cromley (New Columbia, PA/Milton) scored Elizabethtown's only goal on an assist from Rebecca Young (Macungie, PA/Emmaus) at 19:25, giving the Blue Jays a short-lived 1-0 lead. Rowan struck back just 27 seconds later with a goal to even the score, and Bethany Christie scored the game winner for the host Profs with only 2:41 remaining in regulation time.

Etown will return to action on the road at Wilkes Saturday, September 21 for a 3:00 p.m. game.
