#20 Rowan Edges Elizabethtown, 1-0 

GLASSBORO, N.J. --- Elizabethtown College dropped to 2-1-1 overall Wednesday night with a 1-0 road loss to Rowan University, which is ranked 20th in the nation in the latest D3kicks.com poll. Rowan improved to 5-0 overall with the win.

Despite the score, Elizabethtown out-shot Rowan 16-8. The lone goal of the game came early, just 9:44 after the opening whistle as Kaitlyn Florio headed in a pass from Karen Patruno for the game-winner.

Elizabethtown will return to action at home Saturday, September 16 against the University of Scranton in a 4:00 p.m. game.
