PITTSBURGH, Pa. --- Abigail Coffin's goal 16 minutes into the match stood up as the game-winner as Carnegie Mellon University upset 18th-ranked Elizabethtown College 1-0 in the opening round of the Carnegie Mellon Women's Soccer Tournament on Saturday afternoon.

Coffin picked up a loose ball in the box and scored at 16:02 as the Tartans (2-0-1 overall) picked up the victory despite being outshot 10-6 by the Blue Jays (2-1-0 overall).

Senior Angela Freeland (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) made four saves for Elizabethtown while Anya Rosen finished with five stops for Carnegie Mellon.

The Blue Jays will face Otterbein College on the second day of the tournament on Sunday at noon.
