ETOWN DEFEATS DREW, 7-2

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. --- In a remarkable turnaround from the '98 season, Elizabethtown stunned Drew with a 7-2 road victory Saturday.  When the teams met last year, Drew won 8-1.

Winning their matches for the Blue Jays included Whitney Bull, Erin Thompson, Jen Smith (Honesdale, PA/Honesdale), Casey Kiefer, Kathryn Green (St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada), and the doubles teams of Bull and Smith, and Kiefer and Green.

The Blue Jays' (1-1) next match is on Wednesday, September 8 at home against Allentown.  Match time is 4:00 p.m.
