Lycoming Upends Elizabethtown 1-0

WILLIAMSPORT , Pa. --- Elizabethtown College dropped to 5-2-1 overall with a 1-0 road loss to Lycoming College (2-3-2) Saturday afternoon.

Elizabethtown out-shot Lycoming 16-8 in the game, but the Blue Jays could not get anything past Lycoming goalie Matt Klipp, who made six saves. Lycoming’s lone goal came at 57:58 when Matt Frey netted the rebound of the previous shot.

Elizabethtown will return to action Wednesday, September 27 on the road against Albright College. The start time for the game is set at 4:00 p.m., which is a change from the originally published time.
